It is a fourgaiter, with extremly strong tölt. Tölt is smooth, with high leg action and wide steps and can develop a very good speed. At the same time, Glampi carries himself very well, therefore the slow tempo tölt and slowing down transitions can be done easily. Its basic gaits are beautiful, clear, with an eyecatching expression and are very harmonious. Glampi is very soft in the mouth, soft in his neck and is used to very fine riding aids. It has just the right sensitivity, it has nice spirit, but is extremly easy to control at the same time. Its character is simply great: everybody with some riding skills is able to ride this remarkable horse. But due to his nice spirit, he is not a horse for total beginners. Glampi is a horse, which can be equaly succesfull in a higher sports class and can be at the same time a very precious, prestigeous pleasure riding horse for demanding riders.
